Coveroff started the way most good tools do — out of frustration. Our founding team spent years inside agrochemical regulatory affairs, managing active substance renewals and product registrations across dozens of markets. The tooling was always the same: SharePoint libraries, Word documents with tracked changes, and spreadsheets that were out of date the moment they were shared.

We looked at the RIMS platforms available and found systems built around document management — great at versioning files, but fundamentally unable to treat regulatory data as what it is: structured, interconnected information that needs to be queried, compared, and acted on. The studies, endpoints, MRLs, and obligations were always buried inside PDFs.

So we built Coveroff — a data-native workspace designed from the ground up for agrochemical regulatory science. Every piece of regulatory information is structured and accessible, to both the people who manage it and the AI agents that will increasingly help them do so. No implementation consultants.
